This will mainly be by telephone contact but will require some face to face contact with patients in our Intermediate Care beds.

Someone with a good telephone manner, very good spoken English as some patients have difficulty with hearing and speech.
Previous experience with an office/admin environment preferable but not essential.
Must be over 18 years be approachable and friendly and have excellent spoken English.
